On this page, you will learn how to manage Monitor Views. Access this feature from the Administration sidebar. Only Users in the built-in Administrator Role can manage Monitor Views.

Overview
The Overview for Nodinite Monitor Views displays a sortable list of all Monitor Views. Use the filter box to quickly find the Monitor View you need, even in large environments.

Add new Monitor View
To create a new Monitor View, click the Add Monitor View button.
Here's an example of the 'Add' button. Click on it to add a new Nodinite Monitor View.
Duplicate
Clone an existing Monitor View to save time and standardize configurations.
Click the 'Duplicate' menu item to clone an existing Monitor View
Edit Monitor View
Edit any Monitor View by clicking its name or selecting Edit from the Actions menu.
Click the 'Edit' menu item to edit an existing Monitor View
Delete Monitor View
Delete a Monitor View from the Actions menu.
Click the 'Delete' menu item to Delete an existing Monitor View
Restore deleted Monitor View
Restore deleted Monitor Views by checking the "Show deleted Monitor Views" box, then use the Actions menu to restore.
Click the 'Restore' menu item to Restore a deleted Monitor View
Copy API URI
Use the Copy API URI modal to get the REST API call for the Web API. Click the button to copy the query string for use in custom Reports.
Nodinite promotes the use of custom Reports.
Tags
Nodinite Tags help you organize, classify, and maintain your Monitor Views. Use tags to quickly find and group related Monitor Views. Nodinite does not provide predefined tags—create your own to fit your business.

How do I add an Article to a Resource?
You need to be a Nodinite Administrator to manage Knowledgebase Articles and associate them with a Resource.
Follow these steps to add an Article to a Resource:
Step 1: Select Resource
- Click the Action button for the Resource, then select Articles.
Example for button menu item "Articles" available on the Action button for the selected Resource.
Step 2: Select scope
Define the scope of your Knowledgebase Article:
- Share Knowledgebase Article with Applications.
- Share one Knowledgebase Article across all Resources in one or more Applications.
- Share Knowledgebase Article with Categories.
- Share one Knowledgebase Article across all Resources in one or more Categories.
- Associate Knowledgebase Article with selected Resources.
- Share one Knowledgebase Article with selected Resources.

- Click the "Add Article" button to associate the Knowledgebase Article with the appropriate collection. This opens the modal for editing the article.
Step 3: Write content
Add content for the Knowledgebase Article.
