Azure Subscription
Manage the set of monitored Resource Groups from the Subscription Details page.
The 'Azure Subscription' Category provides one Resource for each configured Subscription to monitor, using the specified display name as the Resource name.

See Monitoring Subscription for additional details about Subscription Monitoring.
The Subscription category provides Resources that display the evaluated monitored state according to built-in rules. Get alerted on state changes through the Alarm Plugins of the Monitor View.
If you have permission to perform Remote Action, you can:
Details is the only action in the Control Center part of the menu: a Subscription has no Edit thresholds and no Inactivate. The rest of the Action menu is the standard Monitor View part (View Resource History, Articles, Show in Mapify, Show in Mermaid) and, for administrators, the Administration part (Exclude, Edit Monitoring Agent, Edit Resource).

Details
To view the selected Subscription Resource and manage the set of monitored Resource Groups, click the Action button and then select the Details menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

Use the 'Details' action menu item to open the details modal for the selected Subscription.

The Details modal: the Subscription facts at the top, and the Resource Groups list below.
The top of the modal shows Tenant Id, Subscription, Subscription Id, State, Authorization source, Location Placement Id, Quota Id, and Spending Limit. Refresh reads them again from Azure.
The Resource Groups list holds every Resource Group in the Subscription, plus configured groups that no longer exist:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Checkbox | Checked means the Resource Group is monitored |
| Exists in Azure | ✅ the group exists; a red ❌ marks a configured group that doesn't exist in Azure (any more) |
| Resource Group | The name of the Resource Group in Azure |
| Description | Your own description, set on the Resource Group's Details |
Check or uncheck a row to start or stop monitoring that Resource Group. Each monitored Resource Group then has its own actions; see Managing Resource Group. An unchecked group's Resource is removed after three sync cycles without it.
Tip
You can narrow the list by typing characters in the Filter on resource group text box.
Click the Save button to store the set of monitored Resource Groups in the agent's Configuration.
