Search Fields List and Filtering
The Search Fields Overview displays all user-defined Search Fields. You can quickly narrow down the list by typing in the filter text box.

Spot and Resolve Configuration Warnings
Search Fields with configuration problems are listed with a Warning icon. User action is required to resolve the issue.
- Incomplete:
- One or more Message Types no longer exist (Deleted)
- No Message Type is set for a Search Field Expression, or the Expression Type is set as deleted
If a Message Type is deleted but still referenced by a Search Field Expression, you must alter or remove the expression from the Search Field.
Manage Search Fields: Actions
You can perform the following actions directly from the overview:
- Add a new Search Field
- Edit existing Search Field
- Delete Search Field
- Restore deleted Search Field
- Filter the list of Search Fields
- Sort
Add a new Search Field
Click the "Add Search Field" button to open the Search Field editor.
Edit Search Field
Click the link in the Name column or use the "Actions" button and select "Edit" to update an existing Search Field.
Click the 'Edit' menu item to edit an existing Search Field.
Delete Search Field
Open the "Actions" menu and select "Delete" to remove a Search Field.
Click the 'Delete' menu item to delete an existing Search Field.
Restore Deleted Search Field
Check the "Show deleted Search Fields" box to include deleted fields in the list. Then use the "Actions" menu and select "Restore".
Click the 'Restore' menu item to restore a deleted Search Field.
