Manage Azure Storage Monitoring
Take full control of your Azure Storage monitoring and management with Nodinite. This page guides you to empower your teams to perform remote actions, adjust monitoring thresholds, and delegate access—securely and efficiently—without direct Azure portal access.

Nodinite enables you to manage these Azure Storage types:
Delegate the power to control all or individual Azure Storage items to selected team members and business users. Nodinite enables your support and maintenance teams to solve problems with Azure Storage—without requiring direct access to the Microsoft Azure Portal or Azure Storage Explorer. By reducing access, you minimize attack vectors and lower the risk of disrupting mission-critical services.

Management Features
When you grant Remote Actions privileges for Resources in Role-based Monitor Views, you unlock these management features, grouped by Category:

Storage Account
The 'Storage Account' Category provides one resource for each Azure Storage configuration with the specified display name as the resource name.

The Storage Account category provides Resources that display the evaluated monitored state according to built-in rules.
The following Remote Actions are available for the Storage Account Category:
Storage Account Details
To view the selected Storage Account resource; Click the Action button and then click on the Details menu item within the 'Control Center' section.
Use the 'Details' action menu item to open the details modal for the selected Storage Account.
Next, click the option to present the modal.
File Shares
The 'File Shares' Category provide one resource for each configured 'File Share' with the specified display name as the resource name.

The File Shares category provides Resources that display the evaluated monitored state according to user-defined thresholds.
The following Remote Actions are available for the File Shares Category.

List Files for File Shares
You can list the files currently in the monitored 'File Share', click on the Action button and then click on the List Files menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

Next, click the option to present the modal.
Here's an example of content on configured monitored 'File Share'.
Download File
To view the content; Click the Actions button and then select to download the file.
Delete File
To delete the file; Click the Actions button and then select Delete the file.
Edit thresholds for File Share
You can Edit the monitoring thresholds, click on the Action button and then click on the Edit menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

Blob Containers
The 'Storage - Blob Container' Category provide one resource for each configured 'Blob Container' with its display name as the resource name.

You can list the Blobs currently in the monitored 'Blob Container', click on the Action button and then click on the List Blobs menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

The following Actions exist:
Download Blob
To view the content; Click the Actions button and then select to download the Blob.
Delete Blob
To delete the Blob; Click the Actions button and then select Delete the Blob.

Queues
The 'Storage - Queues' Category provides one resource for each queue found from the configured 'Queue' configuration.

Queue Details
To view the selected Storage Queue resource; Click the Action button and then click on the Details menu item within the 'Control Center' section.
Use the 'Details' action menu item to open the details modal for the selected Storage Queue.
Next, click the option to present the modal.
List Messages for Queues
You can list the messages currently in the monitored 'Queues' configuration, click on the Action button and then click on the List Messages menu item within the 'Control Center' section.

Here's an example of content on configured monitored 'Queue' configuration.
From the Actions button on the selected message, the following Actions are available:
Download Message
To view the message's content; Click the Actions button and then select to download the message.
Remove Message
To dequeue the message; Click the Actions button and then select Remove the message.
Post Message
From the Post tab, you can send single text-based messages directly to the queue.

You can Edit the monitoring thresholds, click on the Action button and then click on the Edit menu item within the 'Control Center' section.
