Instead of relying on the BizTalk Server Management Console (BizTalk MMC), you can use Nodinite's web-based Administration console (Web Client) to Restart BizTalk Server Host Instances.
Users with the appropriate access can manage BizTalk Host Instances using Role-based Monitor Views where Remote Actions are allowed.
How do I Restart a BizTalk Host Instance?
To Restart a BizTalk Host Instance, select the Restart menu item in the Actions button within the list of BizTalk Server Host Instances:

The User will be prompted to confirm the Restart operation:

After confirmation, Nodinite displays the result of the operation:

When the Host Instance is Restarted, Nodinite evaluates it as being in the OK state:
