Comments
A quite handy collaboration feature of Nodinite is to use comments to share insights about actions presumably taken to Nodinite Log Events, for example 'John Doe is working on the matter about order 1337'.
A User with access to Log Views may View and Add comments to the Log Events.
Comments may stem from:
- User related operations
- Repair and Resubmit operations
- Manually added comments
- Nodinite Core Services
- Failed message processing by the Logging Service
- MessageProcessingMaxBodySize - System Parameter
Here's an example of a comment created by the Logging Service honouring the MessageProcessingMaxBodySize - System Parameter
Important
Individual Comments can not be deleted by the User.
This behaviour is by design, and the intention is to share (and protect) the fact that potentially sensitive information has been tampered/managed.
