Remote Configuration – As an Administrator with access to Monitoring Agents from the Remote Administration dialog, you can:
- Add and Remove ACK/NAK configurations
- Enable and Disable monitoring
- Manage Interval Scheduling
- Edit thresholds

ACK/NAK Non-Event
The Category 'ACK/NAK' provides one resource for each ACK/NAK Configuration with its display name as Resource name.

The following Remote Actions are available for the ACK/NAKs Non-Events Category:

Show Log View
This action takes you directly to the Log View with current monitoring data.

Share this function with your business users!
View a list of missing events by clicking the Action button and selecting Show missing events from the 'Control Center' section.

At the end of the list, expand the accordion to review current thresholds:

Ignore previous errors
Use the 'Ignore previous errors' feature to ignore events older than the current date and time. When you perform this Remote Action, monitoring uses the last value to perform the search operation.
'Clear previous errors' action.
The Nodinite Administrator can manage this value in the Remote Configuration.
When you click the menu item, a modal prompts you to confirm the intent to ignore previous records.
