Details
Use the Details modal to access all information about the BizTalk Application.
Click the Actions button and select Details to view the details page.
At the top, you'll see the selected BizTalk Server Application's name, current status, and action buttons to help you manage its state.

Start options
The Start button offers several options to start the BizTalk Application:
Click the Start button to display available start options.
- Start all – Start all Resources within the BizTalk application in the correct order.
- Advanced – Expand to see advanced start options.

Selecting 'Start all' prompts you to confirm the operation:

Advanced option
Selecting 'Advanced' opens a panel:

This panel adapts based on the artifacts present in the BizTalk Application.
Check the desired options and click 'Start with selected options.' You'll be prompted to confirm:

Stop options
The Stop button provides several options to stop the BizTalk Application:
- Minimal Partial Stop – Allow running instances to complete.
- Partial Stop – Suspend running instances.
- Full Stop – Terminate instances.
Minimal Partial Stop
Disables receive locations and allows running instances to complete. Confirm the operation:

Partial Stop
Performs multiple tasks:
- Disables receive locations
- Stops all orchestrations
- Unenlists and stops 'Send ports'
- Suspends running instances

Full Stop

- Terminates running instances

Important
This operation is potentially dangerous—terminated messages are permanently lost. Ensure BizTalk tracking is enabled and Nodinite logging is active to back up events and payloads before proceeding.
Application details tab
The default tab in Details for the selected BizTalk application shows if it is the current default. You can manage the Description and must click Save to persist changes. References to and from the application are also listed.

The Orchestrations tab lists Orchestrations for the selected BizTalk Server Application.

Note: BizTalk does not track who made changes, as the MMC lacks built-in audit logging. With Nodinite, all sensitive and modifying operations are Log Audited.
New 6.0.0.27 The Audit feature is compatible with BizTalk Server 2006–2020. When changes are made using Nodinite and auditing is enabled, end-users gain full insight into what was changed, by whom, and when.
