Azure Remote Actions: Platform, Security, and API Management

This page lists the Remote Actions that the Nodinite Azure Monitoring Agent offers for the platform resources that hold your Azure integrations together: subscriptions, resource groups, API Management, App Registrations, Certificates, Key Vaults, and Application Insights. Users with the right Role run them from a Monitor View, without Azure Portal access. For the other services, and the monitoring and managing pages of each one, see the Azure features overview.

Open the Details of an API Management API and pick an operation in Test Api, animated walkthrough (7.12)
Animated walkthrough: in a Monitor View filtered on API Management Service - API, Action > Details shows the API and its API Operations, and Action > Test Api lets you pick an operation (here GetTopics) and stops at the Test button.

Edit on an App Registration, an Azure Certificate, or an API Management Certificate sets the Warning and Error limits for every Resource of that kind in the Subscription, not only the one you opened (defaults: Warning 14 days, Error 7 days). The Subscription and Resource group Resources have Details only.

Every Remote Action is checked against the user's Role and written to the audit log. Grant the App Registration only the Azure roles for the services you enable; see Prerequisites.
