Find integrations by owner or SLA

"Which integrations does Henrik own?" "Which Gold SLA integrations handle GDPR data?" "Which ones have no owner at all?" With the Custom Metadata filter in Nodinite, you answer these yourself in seconds, straight from the documented portfolio, without collecting spreadsheets from every team.

  • ✅ List every integration with a given owner, SLA level, or compliance tag
  • ✅ Combine up to 4 filters for precise questions
  • ✅ Find the gaps: integrations where a field is still empty

When you need this

The owner of twenty integrations is leaving next month. Or an auditor asks for every integration that handles personal data. Or you just made Owner mandatory and want to know which older integrations still lack one.

What you need

  • Access to the Integrations pages of the Repository, via your Role.
  • Custom Metadata fields with values on your Integrations, for example Owner, SLA Level, or Compliance Tags. Fields that offer a fixed list of choices (the Select and Check Box data types) give the most reliable results, because everyone spells the values the same way.

Do it

  1. In the Repository menu, open Integrations.
  2. In the filter area above the list, open Select Custom Metadata and pick the field to filter on, for example Owner.
  3. Enter the value to look for, for example Henrik. Enter several values to match any of them, for example Gold and Silver.
  4. Optional: tick Invert condition to find integrations that do not have this value, including integrations where the field is empty. To find integrations where the field has no value at all (an empty value), tick Check if any value exists and Invert condition together; the filter then reads "Checking if no values exists".
Custom Metadata filter with the Select Custom Metadata list and the Add Filter button
The Custom Metadata filter: pick a field, enter one or more values, and optionally tick Check if any value exists or Invert condition.
  5. To narrow the list further, click Add Filter and repeat steps 2–4 for another field, for example SLA Level = Gold. You can combine up to 4 filters.

What you'll see

The list shows only the Integrations that match all your filters. A few questions you can now answer on your own:

Question Filter
Which integrations does Henrik own? Owner = Henrik
Which integrations have no owner? Owner, with Check if any value exists and Invert condition ticked
Which integrations are Gold or Silver? SLA Level = Gold, Silver (two values in one filter)
Which Gold SLA integrations handle GDPR data? SLA Level = Gold, then Add Filter: Compliance Tags = GDPR

The same filter is on other Repository overview pages too, such as BPMs, so you can ask the same questions about your business processes.

If it doesn't work

  • The field isn't in Select Custom Metadata: the field isn't scoped to Integrations. Whoever manages Custom Metadata ticks Integrations under Repository Types, see Add or manage Custom Metadata.
  • You get fewer results than expected: values typed by hand may be spelled differently ("GDPR" or "gdpr"). Ask the field's owner to switch it to a Select or Check Box field with fixed choices.
  • A Number field finds nothing: Number filters match one exact whole number, not a range such as "more than 100".
