Browser pop-ups must be enabled

To use Nodinite fully in a supported browser, allow pop-ups from the Web Client. The Web Client opens a new window when users download message payloads from Log Views, diagnostic files, zip files, and Export files.

If the browser blocks pop-ups from the Web Client, these downloads silently fail.

Important

Allow pop-ups for the Web Client address, for example https://nodinite.contoso.com:<port>, in every supported browser your users run. Administrators can roll out the setting with browser policies.
