Nodinite Support Portal

Use the new Nodinite Support Portal for all support and help requests. This new support experience replaces the older process and moves support interaction away from email to a dedicated portal workflow.

  • ✅ One place to submit and manage support requests
  • ✅ A new registration flow for users who previously worked in the old support system
  • ✅ Clear separation between the legacy support portal and the new experience
  • ✅ Support communication centered in the new portal instead of email
  • ✅ Same underlying database, with no lost information, but a fresh registration is required

What Changed

The Nodinite Support experience has changed. The old support portal is still available for old tickets, but the new support portal is now the recommended workflow going forward.

  • Use the new portal for all new support and help requests.
  • Tickets are not synchronized between the old and the new support portal.
  • You must work in either the old or the new support portal, not both for the same case.
  • Old tickets remain in the old support portal.
  • The history is not yet available in the new support portal.
  • You must register a new account using your existing company email details.
  • Do not submit emails to support@nodinite.com because those messages end up in the old support portal.
  • ZIP files downloaded from the new Portal install with the new CLI.
  • We are still updating the documentation for the Portal, installation, update, and migration from v6 to v7.

Important

Use the new Nodinite Support Portal for all new support requests. Do not send emails to support@nodinite.com, as those are handled through the legacy support flow.

Register for the New Support Experience

The registration process is slightly different from the previous support portal. The underlying database is the same, so no customer information was lost, but all users must re-register in the new portal before they can submit new cases.

  1. Open the Nodinite Support Portal.
  2. Register with the same company email address you previously used with the old support system.
  3. Complete the new account setup and verify your identity as prompted.
  4. Submit your help request in the new portal once your account is active.
  5. Continue working in the new portal for all future support and help requests.

New Way of Working

Support is now centered on the portal instead of traditional email communication. This creates a single, structured workflow for help requests and reduces confusion around which system to use.

The key message is simple:

  • The new support portal is the official path going forward.
  • Email is no longer the preferred support route.
  • Old tickets remain in the legacy system until they are resolved there.
  • New support requests must be created in the new portal to keep the workflow consistent.
