Monitoring Certificates

This section describes what's being monitored and the rules for how Nodinite translates this into meaningful monitoring states. Also, some remote commands are available as Actions to help you swiftly manage problems. Actions are further detailed on the Managing Web Services page.

The agent provides certificates as part of your configured Web Service and Web Applications listed as Resources within your Monitor Views

Monitoring Features

  • Outdated certificates
    • With the Nodinite monitoring thresholds for certificates you should never have this problem again
  • Revoked certificates
  • Bad certificates
  • Check and enforce that there is a certificate in place
  • The whole certificate chain is validated
If Nodinite can't check the state of your Certificates, chances are no one else can use them either
